The Apex Collective is a six-month leadership program for established executive women — an intimate cohort of no more than twelve, grounded in the Birkman Method and built around leadership, communication, project and program management, and AI. Each month brings one focused theme and a room of peers who get it, so you leave with sharper presence, practical tools, and a clear roadmap for what's next.
Mastermind Series
This 12-month series focused on personal and professional growth. These seasoned professionals review topics such as achieve your goals, improve your critical thinking skills, and develop positive self-talk.
Each month, they receive engaging readings and videos, participate in robust discussions, and have access to growth opportunities.
Leadership Development Series
