As founder of Growth Group Academy, Natalya provides strategic advising, team building and team effectiveness, facilitation, and executive coaching, as well as practical learning experiences for individuals and organizations. Her work combines strategic thinking with practical application—helping clients gain clarity, strengthen leadership capabilities, improve how teams work together, and move important priorities forward.

Natalya has worked with clients across a variety of sectors, including government, nonprofit, legal, financial services, construction, insurance, and other professional services. Her work ranges from advising and coaching individual leaders to facilitating leadership teams, designing team development experiences, and helping organizations prepare for and navigate change.

Known for an interactive, engaging, and approachable style, Natalya creates an environment where people can have meaningful conversations, examine challenges from new perspectives, and identify practical actions they can take moving forward.

 

She is a certified Birkman Method consultant and incorporates the Birkman Method into executive coaching, team development, and leadership engagements to strengthen self-awareness, communication, collaboration, and team effectiveness.

 

Natalya is also an experienced facilitator, instructor, and speaker. She develops and delivers learning experiences on leadership, team effectiveness, communication, change management, project management, critical thinking, and the effective adoption and use of artificial intelligence in the workplace. Learning is available through self-paced online courses as well as customized live programs delivered virtually or in person for organizations.

 

Natalya holds a Master of Science in Project Management from the George Washington University School of Business and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She is also a PMI Certified Professional in Managing AI (PMI-CPMAI), bringing together her experience in leadership, project management, organizational change, and AI adoption to help leaders and organizations prepare for what's next.

 

Natalya is based in Bethesda, Maryland.
