Natalya H. Bah helps individuals and organizations define and achieve their goals. Utilizing an interactive and relaxed facilitation style, Natalya is dedicated to helping individuals and organization strengthen and maximize their success skills. She is a certified Birkman Method consultant and utilizes this self-assessment for a variety of activities and exercises whether individually coaching or team building a large group.

A variety of conferences and symposiums have had Natalya as a speaker. She speaks to groups of all sizes on a variety of topics including goal setting and achievement, project management, self-assessments, employee engagement and change management.

Natalya received her Master of Science degree in Project Management from George Washington University's School of Business and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She lives in Bethesda, Maryland.
