The Apex Collective
The Apex Collective is a six-month leadership program for established executive women who are ready to lead on their own terms. It's small by design, applied rather than passive, and built around the challenges the corporate world rarely names — let alone solves.
Who it's for
Established leaders with a track record — typically 8+ years of experience — who sense that the conversations they need can't happen inside their own organization. You're curious about AI and want to get ahead of it, open to being honest and challenged in a peer setting, and able to commit to one session and a little practice each month.
How it works

Six months, one theme at a time. Each month centers on a single defining leadership theme.

Monthly 90-minute live sessions, held online and designed for depth, not content delivery — evidence-based frameworks, facilitated peer dialogue, and personal application.

An intimate cohort of no more than twelve, so every voice is heard.

Grounded in the Birkman Method. Before the program begins, you complete the Birkman assessment and a private 1:1 debrief with Natalya, so your results travel with you from day one.
